Saturday Lap Swim Practice Practices

Springfield Bullets Families-

Please find below the Saturday practices for each of our groups.  Note-Swimmers will need to move from one set to the next very quickly in order to completethe entire practice

Incredibullets

  • 200 free with long strokes (200 = 8 lengths)

  • 100 kick on back (100 = 4 lengths)

  • 8x50 back 25 kick/swim rest 15 after each (50 = 2 lengths)

  • 12x25 2 fly-2 back-2 free repeat 1 kick-1 swim w/ fins (25 = 1 length)

Bronze

  • 300 free - 25 fist drill-25 swim w/ long strokes (200 = 12 lengths)

  • 100 kick on back (100 = 4 lengths)

  • 10x50 back w/ fins 25 kick-25 swim fast Rest 15 seconds after each one (50 = 2 lengths)

  • 12x25 on 1:00 fly (25 = 1 length)


Silver 

  • 400 free 25 fist drill/25 swim

  • 20x50 odd back-even free on 1:00 w/ zoomers 25 kick-25 swim

  • 10x25 fly on :50 very fast

Gold

  • 400 free drill-swim

  • 8x25 on :25 speedplay

  • 12/10x200 free on 2:25/2:50/3:00 w/ paddles - hold best pace

  • 12x25 IM order all out fast on :30

  • Gold group swimmers should also run 2 miles at some point during the day
